Before movement
- Find the coach and current session boundary.
- Check the complete route, landing, and exit.
- Keep belongings and spectators out of active zones.
- Ask again if the instruction is incomplete.
SAFETY BOUNDARIES
Real people and current procedures remain responsible for coaching, safeguarding, health, equipment, venue access, and emergencies.

THE SIMPLE RULE
Do not preserve a queue, schedule, or sense of momentum by continuing. A pause makes changed equipment, traffic, uncertainty, discomfort, or a missed cue visible to the people who can act.

EQUIPMENT
A person who notices a mat edge, gap, movement, damp area, or object can pause and tell the coach. They should not test the concern with body weight, improvise a repair, or alter apparatus.
Volunteering does not automatically authorize technical setup, spotting, coaching, or a decision to reopen a station.
The app does not teach unsupported inversions, aerial skills, high-apparatus work, release moves, vault technique, spotting, advanced tumbling, forced flexibility, repetition targets, training loads, injury rehabilitation, readiness assessment, or return-to-sport decisions. Editorial images are context, not demonstrations to copy.
URGENT HELP
For immediate danger, injury, or another urgent situation, use present venue staff and the appropriate local emergency service. A child or young person with a conduct or safeguarding concern should tell a trusted adult, coach, or the current safeguarding channel. Do not wait for a website or app response.
